Ansilta Winery and Vineyards was conceived and developed as a family business. This family was personally responsible for the management, processing and marketing.

Ansilta made wines from grapes grown at their own vineyards at the Valle Ullum, San Juan, Argentina. The vineyards are located at the foothills of the Andes at an altitude of 850 meters. Both soil content and weather contribute to the uniqueness of the Estate Wines. Ansilta Winery and Vineyards produces Malbec, Syrah, Cabernet, Tannat, Chardonnay wines.

Research facilities, infrastructure and equipment: 

Ansilta Winery and Vineyards combined the traditional irrigation and harvest technics, with the latest technology machines and installations in grape processing and wine making. With a total capacity of 1,500,000 liters, Ansilta concentrates its efforts on the 450,000 liters of the best fine wines that, on average, are produced each year. The products are the result of a careful selection of the best grapes varieties and dedicated breeding of the wine.
